New candidates and clients are consistently being referred to us. In appreciation of this support and to encourage further recommendations, we will send you retail vouchers of your choice as our way of saying thank you when we find them a suitable permanent or temporary position*

August Clarke's referral scheme will pay £200 in vouchers for each candidate/client recommended for a specific initial role/placement only so long as they meet the criteria below: The person(s)/clients you refer must not already be registered with August Clarke Ltd. Payment claims must be made within 30 days of the placement commencing and will only be paid once the referrals that we place complete a probationary period with the new employer as follows; Permanent placements - 13 weeks work must be completed to the satisfaction of our client. Temporary / Contract placement subject to a completion of a 13 week assignment.
In the event that August Clarke make a net loss on the referral or our clients' terms restrict referral fees then no referral fee will be payable. August Clarke Ltd retain the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions of the referral scheme without notice. In the event of any dispute, August Clarke's decision will be final and is accepted by the referee without any liability to August Clarke Ltd.
