Chandler's Ford - Permanent

£11 to 11 Per Hour


A rare opportunity has arisen to join a well established company in Chandlers Ford on a part time permanent basis. As Accounts Administrator you will be working as part of an accounts team. This position is a job share and the role holder will be required to work 2 full days a week (average 16 hours).

A varied role, your duties will include;

  • Chasing overdue invoices and providing supplier statements
  • Raising sales invoices in a timely manner and entering in to the accounts system
  • Handling client queries by phone and email.
  • Banking and reconciliations.
  • Petty cash maintenance
  • General administration tasks

The ideal candidate will be;

  • Well organized with a good attention to detail
  • Flexible to provide some holiday cover (notice would be provided). 
  • A good team player.
  • Credit control or sales ledger experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
