This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company based near Romsey that is seeking a new team member in the role of Accounts Assistant. You should be available to start ASAP and will become a long-term member of their team after a successful onboarding.
- A varied role with an emphasis on managing the purchase ledger and expenses processing whilst assisting with the sales ledger.
- Supporting suppliers in resolving queries you should be a confident communicator and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent organisational skills are a must as you will be relied upon to maintain accurate financial records and update systems.
- You should be able to confidently manage purchase ledger processes and process payments
- Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with month-end tasks.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Confident invoice processing skills
- Studying towards your AAT qualification or possess relevant experience
- To be available at short notice for a temporary to permanent assignment
- Have your own transport and be able to travel to Romsey
