This role is essential to the smooth running of the overall purchasing process, because of this the successful candidate will need to be able to work in a time critical environment in a methodical and organised way and able to react to last minute changes with ease. With previous experience within an administrative role you will be quick to learn an effective communicator and able to work effectively within the wider team.
- Processing and managing POs
- Assist with the processing of expense claims and reimbursements
- Other administrative tasks as may be required from time-to-time
- Financial administration tasks
- Updating client records
Our client has a great office atmosphere and are seeking to recruit this role on a temporary to permanent basis. Available for an immediate start the initial contract is offered for 4 weeks with a permanent opportunity available at the end of the temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate will enjoy providing excellent customer service, be well organized and have a keen eye for detail.
