Assistant Accountant

We are actively seeking an Assistant Accountant for a well established company in Ringwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

• Support the smooth running and reconciliation of all Financial Ledgers for the business
• Balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assist the finance team with month-end KPI production
• Transactional Accounting
• Bank & Cash reconciliations / posting cash transactions
• Responsibility for accurate and timely VAT submissions
• Processing of payroll information 

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

• Transactional accounting experience
• Experience of working within a fast paced finance department
• Good Excel skills
• An AAT qualification or currently working towards AAT would be beneficial.
