Associate Director

August Clarke are currently working with an independent fund accounting administration provider in their search for a key member of the leadership team. As Associate Director you will be responsible for;

• Providing advanced full-cycle accounting oversight to the fund accounting line of the business, servicing Private Equity & Real Estate. 
• Planning and designing the implementation of an operating model, in the delivery of consistently high quality financial reporting for clients of the Group.
• Managing the activities of multiple clients this role is client focused and service oriented.
• Overseeing the accounting teams to ensure that client needs are being met and tasks are being assigned, managed and delivered appropriately 

In order to access the best available experience, talent and technical expertise, our client is open to base this role in either their Basingstoke office or London with the expectation is that the role holder will work closely with the teams to deliver outcomes both virtually and in person. A hybrid position it is anticipated the role holder will be office based 2 days a week.

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with a minimum of three years’ post qualification experience 
• Relevant experience as a Private Equity / Real Estate fund controller and / or fund administration experience 
• Experience as people leader / manager
