An independent fund and fiduciary services firm is entering its next growth phase and is seeking a Director to lead and scale its local finance function.

The firm supports the full lifecycle of private-capital funds and delivers highly bespoke client solutions. Recent expansion, leadership investment and continued focus on technology make this a standout opportunity to influence real change.

The Role

You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across fund accounting, oversee complex fund structures, manage senior client relationships and play a key role in business development and team growth. This is a visible, influential position with genuine autonomy.

About You

ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA qualified
Strong background in private capital / fund accounting
Technical expertise in reporting standards.
Proven senior leadership and client-facing experience
Commercial, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
