Office Manager

Basingstoke - Permanent

£25,000 to 30,000 Per Year


As Office Manager, you will manage the day to day running of a busy office supporting the Director, this will be a hands-on full time role working within a of team of committed and personable professionals. 

You’ll need previous office management to undertake this role and excel at running efficient processes as well as having direct communication with clients on a regular basis.

Duties will be varied and include;

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office
  • Answering phone calls, meeting guests and keeping the office well organized
  • Assisting with printing and ordering supplies. 
  • Confident prioritizing duties and work effectively under pressure 
  • Maintaining petty cash and general expenses
  • Working with the Director, ensuring all procedures are put in place and kept up to date
