We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) to step into a dynamic Head of Finance role—blending hands-on financial leadership with responsibility for IT strategy and cross-functional operations.

This high-impact position offers real scope to influence at the executive level, delivering financial clarity, operational efficiency, and systems innovation.

Role Summary

This is more than a Head of Finance role—it’s a strategic leadership opportunity. You’ll lead the finance team, own all core reporting and compliance functions, and play a key role in shaping of IT infrastructure and ERP operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Compliance

  • Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards; manage audit processes

  • Deliver accurate budgets, variance analysis, and financial risk management

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop the finance team (accountants, assistants)

  • Drive improvements in payroll, invoicing, and finance systems—with a focus on automation and scalability

Cross-Functional & Strategic Oversight

  • Oversee IT systems and infrastructure (ERP, Excel models, Power BI)

  • Provide financial insights to the CEO and executive team for board-level decisions

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end-to-end financial operations
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and finance/accounting systems
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
  • Exposure to digital transformation, IT systems, or operational finance (e.g. logistics, fleet, support functions)
