Salary: Circa £24,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Manager in day-to-day finance tasks

• Assist with purchase ledger processing and general finance administration

• Process weekly store takings and resolve related queries

• Reconcile financial transactions and assist with invoice management

• Prepare and distribute weekly reports

• Contribute to financial analysis and problem-solving activities

• Liaise with internal colleagues and external customers professionally

What We’re Looking For

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C/4 or above

• AAT qualification (or actively studying/planning to study AAT)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to take initiative
